EXCITOTOXINS, THE TASTE THAT KILLS
In my past training in Naturopathy, Nursing,
Physical Therapy, and Massage Therapy, I of become
alarmingly aware of Excitotoxins, or better known
as sweeteners or fake sugars ,
msg is included. With the fast rise in these
products being an FDA approved food, because it supposedly
is a better alternative then Real Sugar, especially for those with diabetes
and obesity. Yes it gives you that sweet taste
that our culture is addicted to, and yes it helps reduce
weight, but the general public does not realize the
permanent damage these “fake” sweeteners are doing to our bodies.
Let me explain what an Excitotoxin is. An excitotoxin is a chemical that causes a brain cell to become overexcited and fire uncontrollably, leading to cell death. Excitotoxin that cause serious neurodegenerative damage like Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Lou Gering’s, Multiple sclerosis, Lupus, and more. We have the highest case ratio with cancer then any other country. Hello?
Again I repeat, the only reason for adding these chemicals to foods is to enhance the taste and thereby increase sales. This is virtually death by profit margin, because the research is clear regarding the damaging effects of these additives. Profits are more important than people to the food processors!
Many health foods have excitotoxin in them not just junk foods. So read your labels. To be honest we live in a fast paced culture that is in the here and now and for those that try to make healthier choices of their food intake are most likely going to take the better of the two evils…. Meaning instead of not getting a soda and drink water I’m going to get the “diet” soda so I won’t have to give up sodas. Wrong many diseases and ailments are caused by these chemicals. God designed our bodies to be resilient and heal themselves when in the proper environment. What kind of environment is the inside of your body in?
